Summary of Position:
The Administration Manager supports general office operations as well as project management. Responsibilities include directly supporting one or more Project Managers, managing and leading the Project Administrator team, managing and leading the Office Administrator, and managing all associated processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations and an effective team.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in business, administration, or a related field plus 5-10 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. People management experience is required. Construction industry experience is preferred.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manages the Project Administrator staff and the Office Administrator including hiring, training, performance management, development, and annual reviews.
· Accountable for subcontractor insurance compliance.
· Assists Project Manager(s) as needed during any stage of a project with scheduling meetings, creating, completing, and proof-reading documents, and coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and project team.
· Assists Project Managers and project team with project start up and project close out.
· Works with Project Managers to issue, record, and file subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and ASIs.
· Runs/completes various company reports such as utilization reports, affirmation of income reports, photo reports, insurance reports, etc.
· Assists with general office function by ensuring equipment is functioning, there are adequate supplies, and any disruptions are resolved.
· Reviews/corrects/approves invoices and bills.
· All other duties as assigned.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
General office setting. Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at desk working on computer. Occasional visits to construction sites.
